It has come to our attention that an unauthorized business in Hong Kong has made the following false claims on its website: that it is the "sole officially designated wholesale importer of Jejuwelling products in Mainland China and Hong Kong," that it is an "officially authorized supplier," and that it holds a "production patent in cooperation with Jejuwelling." All of these claims have been explicitly and formally denied by Shinhan Eco Company (www.jejuwelling.com).
Notice to Consumers: The product distributed by Lucent Living is the officially authorized red sea cucumber gel product from Jejuwelling Korea, currently marketed under the name Jejuwelling Red Sea Cucumber Gel. Consumers who encounter products sold under unauthorized names such as "Red Sea Cucumber Extract" or "Red Sea Cucumber Jelly" are advised to exercise caution, as these names have not been authorized by Lucent Living or Jejuwelling Korea.
Authentic Jejuwelling products authorized by the manufacturer are available exclusively through Lucent Living (藍莓優品). Lucent Living has not authorized any e-commerce platform in Mainland China, or any third-party sellers thereon, to sell this product.
